1. Applicability

3. How to Enter
Each ticket purchase automatically enters you into the draw. Entry does not require submission of any additional forms or codes.
4. Entry Limitations
Bulk entries, automated entries, or entries submitted by third parties on behalf of others will be disqualified. Only entries made in accordance with our standard entry process are valid.
5. Competition Duration
Each competition’s opening and closing dates are clearly stated on the relevant competition page. Instant Win Competitions reserves the right to alter these dates if circumstances beyond our control occur; such changes will be updated on the Platform promptly.
6. Prize Substitutions
If a prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to offer an alternative of equal or greater value or a cash equivalent as specified on the competition page.
7. Winner Notification & Claiming Prizes
Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 1 days of the competition closing date. Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be reached within that period, we reserve the right to disqualify them and select an alternate winner.

We reserve the right to verify entrants’ eligibility, request proof of identity, and disqualify any entries made fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
9. Decisions & Disputes
All decisions regarding competition outcomes are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled exclusively by their courts.
10. Publicity and Personal Data
By entering, winners consent to the use of their name and county (or other basic information) in publicity materials unless they request otherwise. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instant Win Competitions is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in competitions, except where it results from our negligence or from death or personal injury caused thereby.
12. Changes to Terms
